Written Evaluation - In 2-3 hours, we can walk through your house and provide you with a written, customized list of suggestions and improvements to de-clutter, de-personalize and de-liver a house that anyone would be proud to own.

Redesign Staging - Using your existing furnishings, we de-clutter, depersonalize and redesign as many rooms as you desire to give your buyers a great first impression and help them imagine themselves living there.

Vacant Home Staging - A vacant home can appear abandoned and potential buyers will not be able to envision the home's full potential. We can stage your empty house with furniture and accessories to showcase the home's features so a potential buyer can imagine it as their home with their own belongings.

Elder Transitions

Moving the elderly can be extremely traumatic. We can advise you how to sort
through treasures or be there to assist. We can unpack, organize and set up a new home usually in just one day. If you need us to oversee packing or moving services, we can assist in a caring and sensitive manner to reduce stress and minimize chaos at a difficult time. Home Downsizing

Downsizing to a smaller home? Don't know what to take and what to leave?

Call us. We'll help you decide what will fit just perfectly and create a floor plan showing the placement of your furniture. Or, if you prefer, we can help you arrange it once you move in. If you need assistance disposing of your excess furniture, we can help you make the arrangements to consign it or donate it to charity.
